Estate size lots on rolling hills and some of the more attractive and elegant homes in Clarksville are what draws you to this neighborhood. Greystone Clarksville is comprised of mostly custom built homes with 3000+ square feet each. To get there you take Memorial Drive to Ussery Rd. and drive to the end. Greystone is a hidden gem of neighborhoods, you don’t stumble upon it. Most people in Clarksville don’t know that this wonderful neighborhood exists. You feel as if you are in the country but you’re smack in the middle of Clarksville City limits. You can hear cows mooing in the evenings. The homes are in the upper price range as you would expect for such large homes. Prices will start in the high $300,000 and go to $1,000,000+. There are never many of these homes on the market for sale at any given time and there are only a few lots available so keep your eyes open if you want a house in Greystone.

Schools
Moore Magnet School, Rossview Middle School, and Rossview High Schools are the main schools that service the Greystone neighborhood but a lot of the kids will go to one of the private schools in town. My son with to Moore Magnet and he loved it there.
Dining and Shopping
Publix and Kroger are close by. Greystone Clarksville is in the middle of the city so everything is nearby and easy to get to.
Entertainment
There are golf courses, parks, theaters, and an indoor shooting range close by for your enjoyment. The Governs Square Mall is just a short drive away as are all the restaurants on Wilma Rudolph Blvd.
